Below is the latest message from our dear brother Dr. Lev Prystupiuk! He is my faithful companion throughout our travels in Ukraine and serves all year long the most needy along the frontlines of this awful War with Russia!!

Shalom, shalom dear Jerry and Sue,
Thank you so much for your precious message, your mercy, care, and prayers for us. Your love and support truly strengthen our hearts.
What happened on the night of May 23–24 was one of the most massive attacks with both drones and missiles. My family and I were in Kyiv that night, and honestly, we thought it might be our last night. We could literally feel the house shaking and the windows vibrating from the explosions around us.
But thanks be to God, the Lord placed peace and confidence into our hearts and carried us through until the morning came. We were not afraid, even if our Heavenly Father had called us home that night and we had stood before Him. His presence was very real to us.

By God’s mercy, we have what we need for each day. We recently returned from the Mykolaiv and Kherson regions. Of course, war brings nothing good except destruction, and it exhausts us morally, physically, and economically. But we continue to stand firm and walk the path of Christ.
How are you, Sue, and your family doing? How is your health?
We love and miss you dearly as well. Thank you again for your faithful hearts and for remembering us. You and yours family are always in my prayers. With love in Christ, Lev
