One of the very pressing needs in Kenya is the starving villagers out in the Country!  Many of them move into the horrific slums in hopes of finding food and then get stuck there! We have been sending an average of $300 every other month to help pastor Festus Kimwele’s church and community, whom I have known for several years. They go several days at a time without anything to eat- so they call those ‘fasting’ days and pray to God for help!

Lucy Mburu has been a friend of everyone we have taken with us to Kenya, Africa since 2008!  She has an almost overwhelming passion for Jesus and the salvation of souls everywhere she goes!   We have been supporting her in a growing ministry to orphans and the Elderly- both of which are suffering tragically during the current drought and food shortages in Kenya!

Our ZOOM team was asked in January of 2025 to help Amson Learning Ctr. (Enos’ school in the Madera slums) with a scholarship fund that helps kids attend school whose parents can’t afford the ten dollars a month school fees plus materials. We contribute $300/month to this program and are praying that God will allow us to continue supporting this life-line ministry that provides for kids who otherwise would have no access to formal education…

I thought it might be helpful for you to have the latest update from our dear brother Richard Suarez in Venezuela, as you know, the U.S. recently captured its leader, Nicolas Maduro. In 2020 our dear brother, Juan Carlos Jimenez, invited me to go to Colombia, S. America, to participate in a month-long boot camp for pastors. Most of these pastors had little formal religious training and many were going into dangerous places to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ!...

We are in the last month of 2025 and are humbled by God’s faithful provision throughout the entire year for the staff and children at Graceland School in the Kibera slums of Nairobi, Kenya!  Besides providing daily food, school materials, basic support for staff and volunteers we have been able to send them on three field trips this year! 

Shalom dear friends and saints!  It has been a long absence- please forgive me!  The International ministries have continued uninterrupted but a few things in life have added to the challenge this year.

Some of the dearest followers of Jesus and friends I have ever known live in Russia! Their hearts and first citizenship belong to the Kingdom of God! Our dear friend Lyuba writes regularly from there and articulates the amazing work of the Holy Spirit in her own life and among many in her home country! It is a long message but I believe your own faith will be greatly encouraged as you share the journey of our dear sister in Christ...

God’s blessings and grace over your precious lives dear friends!  Our postings have been sporadic but I am so impressed by the brothers and sisters around the World who continue checking in, in order to know how the various servants of the Lord are doing!
