Shalom dear servants of the Living God!  How blessed we are to be called into the Light of Jesus Christ and the Family of God the Father!!

Below is an update from principal Judy Mtulah at Graceland School!  Judy, her staff and volunteers have grown from about a dozen kids that she pulled off the streets and brought them to her home, out of one of the most desperate slums in the World to over 120 kids now that are part of the Christ-centered program that gives these precious children an excellent education, English language skills and a solid, loving faith foundation!

Their survival as a school is month to month but our Amazing God is yet to fail in providing for every need!  One of the most exciting things that has transpired in the past two years is giving students and teachers, who have rarely if ever gotten outside of the slum, to go on a field trip!  They have had the opportunity to experience three events/ year which, so far, which have included the City government, swimming and visits to the wild animal orphanage of Kenya! This is not only a fun day away but begins exposure to dreams they could never even imagined existed!!

Dear friend pastor Jerry how are you?

I/We have missed you so much but I trust that God has kept you well and his grace and strength is carrying you through the difficult moment of grief. We have and will continue to pray for you, mum Sue and the family. Kindly also let our friends know that we love them and pray for them.

I am from the bank and I acknowledge receipt of money sent. I am truly grateful for your sacrificial support to Graceland Hope Centre school may God bless you and be generous to you dearly I pray. I also pray that one day I will make it to see you face to face and where you stay in Seattle, he is well able.

We are also planning our educational trip next week on Friday 18/9/2027 at Stedmak. It did not happen in week 2 as planned before because of high prices at Kenya Wildlife Society.  Receive our love and hugs. We are praying for you.

Dear pastor Jerry. Thank you for the beautiful note.

The breakdown of the trip to STEDMAK is as follows-Entry:

Students 130 learners x 600=78000

Staff 10x1000=10000

Food 150x140=21000

Transport 20, 000

Total= 129,000/= this is the total cost for the field trip.

Thank you again and again dear friend, mum Sue and team for your continuous monthly support. It goes along way and reaches many families in Graceland Hope Centre Community. Your love and support for us is amazing. We pray for you God's love, comfort and strength.

Receive many many hugs from us!

(Just for help understanding the finances: a Kenyan schilling is worth less than a dollar, so for ease of translating the dollar amounts above, just move the decimal point over two places to the left.)

Much love and blessings in Jesus, jerry and sue
